🔹 Cancellations
As our products are digital downloads, once a file has been delivered or accessed, we cannot cancel or reverse the order.
🔹 Refunds
We offer refunds only in the following cases:
- You were charged but did not receive your download link within 24 hours.
- The file you received is corrupted or non-functional, and our support team is unable to resolve it.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind or accidental purchase
- Lack of knowledge of digital product use
- Already accessed or downloaded products
If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
