1. Digital Products

BrightValue.store sells digital products, including eBooks, PDFs, educational guides, and downloadable resources.

Since these products are delivered instantly after successful payment, all sales are generally final.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment for the same order.
  • Payment was successfully deducted, but the digital product was not delivered due to a verified technical issue.
  • Incorrect product delivered due to an error on our part.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You purchased the wrong product.
  • You no longer need the product.
  • You expected features not mentioned on the product page.
  • You have already downloaded or accessed the digital product.
  • You are unable to use the product due to device, software, or internet compatibility issues.
  • Refund requests made after successful delivery of the digital product.

4. Returns & Exchanges

As all products sold on BrightValue.store are digital downloads, returns and exchanges are not applicable.

No physical goods are shipped.

5. Failed or Pending Payments

If your payment fails or remains pending, no order will be processed until payment is successfully confirmed.

If your account is charged but no order is generated, please contact us. We will verify the transaction and resolve the issue promptly.

To request a refund (only for eligible cases), please contact us with the following details:

  • Payment Transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Screenshot of the payment (if applicable)
